Directions
- Rinse Sea Moss /Irish Moss Thoroughly until all particles are removed and rinse water is clear (might require more than one rinse).
- Soak the sea moss overnight.
- Rinse Sea Moss/ Irish Moss once again.
- Blend Sea Moss /Irish moss and water in a high-speed blender until smooth/ gel texture
- Pour into a glass Jar
- Store into the refrigerator until ready to use.
- Sea Moss/Irish Moss can also be frozen for use at a later time
