Once you purchase a custom herb blend, you'll receive an email from me with a questionnaire asking about your overall health, fertility, menstrual cycles, and hormones. Be sure to complete the questionnaire as soon as possible. I will use the information to formulate a Yoni Steam herb blend that will address your main concerns, your cycle type, and help bring your body into better balance.

The herb blend will ship out typically 1-2 weeks after I receive your completed questionnaire. Shipping time depends on if I have all the herbs I need on hand or if I need to order some special ones for you. I'll send you a message once I've created the formula to let you know an approximate shipping time.

Your custom herb package will contain enough herbs for 15 steams, which will last about 3 months.

When you use up your custom herb blend I recommend purchasing a new custom listing so that we can create a new blend based on how things have shifted. For example, if you purchase the custom listing because your periods are missing right now, and they come back after steaming for 3 months, it is a good idea to continue steaming with a new blend formulated for how your cycles look now rather than continuing with what you used previously. The body is always shifting and changing and our health activities need to change too.

Bring about 6 cups of water to a boil. Remove from heat. Add your herbs. Cover with a lid. Let the herbs steep for 10 minutes before using.
