Join in this 8 day virtual meditation experience to move beyond "The Beginning Mind." It is one step at a time and this is your first step to moving beyond.
It starts when you are ready. The first video will help you with the set up of your space and get you started with your first guided meditation. This guided meditation will land you in the foundation of the practice.
On day two you will repeat the first meditation and land deeper within.
The second video will move you further into the foundation of the meditation system. At this point you will move from your breath and into your heart. In this state you will center yourself into the connection within.
On day four you will repeat the second guided meditation and land deeper within.
The Third video will help you land in the final step of the foundation of 'The Begging Mind" meditation within the Nahi Meditation System. At this point you are ready to land in the practice of no mind.
On day six you will repeat the second guided meditation and land deeper within.
The fourth and final video will help you land firm within the first pillar of the Nahi Meditation System. At this point you will have arrived in the first stage of your practice and are set to continue your journey.
